   How we are showing rentals during the current COVID-19 pandemic:


  Vacant Properties: We will arrange for qualified applicants to view the property with an associate, face masks are required, and will disinfect high-touch surfaces between each showing. Since we may not be able to meet face- to-face at this time, including a short bio and photos(s) with your application would be very helpful.

  Occupied listings: Face masks are mandatory for in-person viewings and we request surfaces such as doorknobs not be touched during viewings. Some video tours may be available as well.

The health and safety of our tenants, potential tenants and our office staff is deeply important to us. Please know we are doing our very best.

Rental Listings for Homes, Apartments and Condos

This Will Answer Some of Your Questions.
  1. Drive by rental listed, please do not disturb occupants.
  2. Download and turn in applications for all proposed occupants over the age of 18. (You may leave social security numbers blank until you have seen the property and know you would like to move forward with processing your applications.)
  3. You will be contacted for showing dates and times for the rental.
  4. View the rental and if you wish to move forward, pay $20.00 processing fee for each applicant (cash or check only).
  5. If your application(s) is/are approved, the holding deposit will be required within 48 hours to secure the rental.
  6. Holding deposits and first months rent must be paid in the form of cashiers checks or money orders.
  7. Co-Sign Agreements, if required, are completed with the rental or lease paperwork.
